On trash days, empty cans are laying out in the street, blocking sidewalks, blocking the entrance to your driveway...They are simply out of control. That's where we come in!

Our mission is to make your community cleaner & safer by returning your empty trash cans back up your driveway to where they belong.

Need someone to take your cans out each night? We do that, too!

Convenience for all homeowners.

On top of providing a clean & safe environment, NJ Can Control also offers every homeowner the convenience of not having to worry about dragging their cans back up their driveway.

Clear blocked sidewalks.

Our company started when our founder saw a guide dog refuse to allow their owner to continue walking because an empty can was blocking the sidewalk. The visually impaired person had to kick their foot around to see what was blocking the way before the dog would move forward. Our goal is to free up blocked sidewalks for ALL people - Kids on bikes, moms with strollers, people with walkers...

Clear blocked driveways.

We see it all the time...People pull up to their house and can't even pull in to their own driveway because their empty cans are blocking the driveway. Most of the time, people get out of their car, move their empty cans to the side so they can pull in. And then leave the empty cans there! No judgement at all - We know that the simple task of pulling your cans back to the side of your house can be a major inconvenience. Imagine the day when you come home (from work, the grocery store, shopping...) and don't have to worry about your empty cans blocking you in.

Protect your cans from the weather.

Wind & rain are not friends to your empty trash cans. On windy days, your empty cans may end up down the street or even in the middle of the road! When it rains, your empty cans fill up with rain water.

Shield your cans from dogs (& their owners).

Empty trash cans are prime real estate for dogs to mark their territory. Especially on the lids! Think about it: Your empty trash cans are laying out all day. How many dogs do you think came by and did their business on your trash can lid? You come home, pick up the lid and put it back on the can - not even knowing how much dog pee that lid was exposed to. And some dog owners believe empty trash cans are a free-for-all to throw their dog's poop bags in. Let us put your cans back by the side of your house so the dogs can't get to them.

Street safety.

We mentioned weather already but especially on those windy days, empty cans are constantly being blown into the streets - increasing the chances for car accidents.

Overall town aesthetics.

We've seen empty cans laying in beautiful flower beds and strewed across front lawns. We've also noticed that some of the garbage doesn't always make it into the truck. Not only will we pick up your cans & put them back by your house but we'll make sure no garbage is left behind. If a single water bottle or piece of cardboard doesn't make it to the truck, we'll make sure it's not laying in your street or on your sidewalk.
